Natural Family Planning

Natural Family Planning (NFP) is the general title for scientific, natural, and moral methods of family planning that can help couples either to achieve or postpone pregnancies. Since NFP methods respect the love-giving (unitive) and life-giving (procreative) nature of the conjugal love, they support God’s design for marital love.

NFP methods do not use hormones, devices or surgery to postpone pregnancy.

NFP methods can also help women with fertility issues, menstrual irregularities, and reproductive health concerns.

There are several methods of natural family planning.
